Four rows to review—not the complete list

Absence from these four rows does not establish an exemption. Classification, goods scope and the competent control route need their own supporting basis.
What to gather before dispatch
- A specification version covering the exact material, animal origin and composite status.
- A candidate CN/TARIC code and its classification basis—not just an invoice code.
- Origin and destination, the confirmed BCP route or a specific exemption basis.
- Applicable certificate and CHED/TRACES requirements and references where relevant.
- An owner and supporting evidence for each step; leave unresolved questions unresolved.
A document number does not establish authenticity. Exemptions for certain composite products are a separate question; this preview does not grant them.
