Germany Country Pack: labels, claims and BVL notification
German text alone is not a Germany compliance result. Connect product versions, label particulars and target market to their sources. This preflight identifies preparation gaps, not market permission.
Three independent selections.
A German interface can process a Polish document for Poland; a Polish user can review a German label for Germany. The target jurisdiction selects the country pack and document language selects wording coverage. Translation changes neither jurisdiction nor legal status.
What belongs on the label?
NemV §4 adds supplement-specific particulars to the general food-label requirements. These checks do not replace complete ingredient, allergen, legibility, net-quantity, responsible-operator or product-specific warning review.

NemV §4(2) permits an equivalent daily-portion warning: a different string is not automatically a failure. German-language mandatory information and any exceptions require a separate assessment. LMIDV §2 ↗
Screen copy or translation is not a reviewed print label. The preflight does not read PDF files or measure type size.
What should be prepared before a BVL notification?
- Identify exact product, formula and label versions.
- Prepare a specimen of the label actually used. Section 5 requires notification at the latest when first placing the product on the market.
- For prior marketing in another EU Member State with a notification obligation, identify that state's first-notification authority.
- Link any actual receipt to this version; do not treat it as authority approval.

DE foundation first, then France/FR and Italy/IT; Spain is demand-led. No UI-language surcharge; country-pack billing is not activated.
Bounded manual foundation, not a complete Germany pack for every formula. No named reviewer, customer account, persistence or automatic authority feed. Original sources take precedence over working translations.
